Howard has more than 25 years of senior management experience in Information Technology and Telecommunication. Among his areas of specialization are; Business Architectures, Service Architectures, and Telecommunication Business Systems. He also has extensive experience in the areas of System Development and Management Consulting. Howard has spent the majority of his career managing or architecting, custom systems for the Telecommunication Industry and the Federal Government. His tenor of IT Architecture and System Management projects include: the US Army Corp of Engineers, International Trade Administration, National Nuclear Security Administration, MCI, AT&T, Sprint, Trecom Business Systems, Fujitsu Consulting, American Management Systems, Bell Atlantic Communications and Construction Services, Verizon, TRT Telecommunications, and Cable and Wireless. Howard, nick named “HT is a native Washingtonian, and now lives nearby in Cheverly, MD. He holds a bachelor's of Science degree in Economics from West Virginia University and is also a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. His current interest includes spending time with his family and friends, theology, restoring his triumph, paddling, camping, and learning the game of golf.
